You may connect your Discord and Roblox accounts to enhance your experience. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access your public profile information from these platforms.

3. Digital Products

All digital products (scripts, models, plugins) sold through our Service are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your Roblox games.

• You may use purchased products in unlimited personal and commercial Roblox projects
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products
• You may not claim purchased products as your own original work
• You may modify purchased products for use in your own projects

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of duplicate purchases or technical issues that prevent product use.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post harmful, threatening, or abusive content on our forum
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service background and all content, features, and functionality are owned by NEXTRIX STUDIOS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
